In the wash kit, US Army was providing a tweezers. They were used for hygiene and also for medical purposes like removing a splinter. Nice for a medic musette 
They come with nice markings and very nice vintage style in mint condition. Manufactured by "Widger" (stamped on one side) and stamped Made in U.S.A in the other side.
