First aid Pouch M24 + Packet

During ww2 the US army was providing to each soldier a first aid packet in a special pouch. Early in the war the designation was the M24 pouch and as the war goes on a new type was made, the M42, to fit a bigger packet.
Here we have a nice, worn M24 type (dated 1942) with a Laundry number “N9415" under the flap.
It comes with one packet first aid red type.
